OhGeek Toys

This MG 1/100 Wing Gundam was a gift that I received from Manay about two birthdays ago. I'm a huge Katoki fan, I like how he juxtaposes shapes in very interesting ways to form the parts of the mech and I love the overabundance of details that he adds to the surfaces of the robot. That being said, this version of the Wing Gundam from Endless Walts is the one I prefer over the "winged" version simply because this one has a more mechanical feel as opposed to the "mystical wing effect" that the one from the Endless Waltz movie has. This kit is painted with lacquers for the broad areas and I used Reeves acrylics to for the detail painting. I used the decals with the kit along with some from my decals pile.  I replaced the dark blue parts of the kit with green as I wanted to at least give the kit a custom paint scheme and I was sort of inspired by the color of Mountain Dew so I went for this lime green thing highlighted wi...
