Whoa, what happened?

I can't believe that it has been half a year since my last post. I have to admit, I have been procrastinating a lot on shooting photos and editing the ones that I have taken of the finished kits.

I never stopped building, that's one thing that has been consistent with me. Since June I have finished around 4  kits, with one in progress and I've managed to snap build some of the ones from my ever growing backlog. I'm currently experimenting with using quick drying enamels as a substitute for my acrylics but right now this is proving to be more of a headache than a solution.

My point is, I've been procrastinating on the photos department and I think its because I've gone tired of editing my shots and I've been struggling with my current photo set-up. I'd like to try a different camera, or maybe just move my gear outside to try taking photos in the daylight. I also think that this is largely because I have been really busy these past few months that I'd rather build to relax than shoot and edit photos.

That being said, my blog is my blog and I'd really love to start doing this on a regular basis again. So starting with this post, I hope that I'd be able to be more consistent with my blogging. I also aim to be more efficient with my building and to be faster... hopefully finish a kit in 3 weeks time. I've been distracted as well and a bit stressed out and that sort of killed the joy of blogging for me but I think I'm over that and right now would be a good time to start doing this again.
